Show us that your invention has the potential to succeed and we’ll consider creating a CGA (computer generated animation) for you on a ‘payment on success’ basis. If we believe your invention has a reasonable chance of succeeding and we can agree a future price, we’ll create a CGA that shows what your invention looks like, how it’s built and how it works. Your CGA can be authored to disc, supplied in a suitable format for your own site or uploaded to a password protected T3DM sub-site. As we will have a vested interest, you can be sure your CGA will be produced to the highest possible standard.

If your invention is successful (commercially produced) within 3 years of receiving your CGA, payment will be required at the previously agreed price. If you invention is unsuccessful (not commercially produced) within 3 years, payment will be waived and you may continue to use the CGA as you wish.

Please note, we cannot spend time creating a CGA unless we believe your idea has a reasonable chance of succeeding - thereby giving us a reasonable chance of receiving payment for our work. If we decide to proceed, an agreement will need to be signed. If we decide not to proceed, we’ll explain why and any disclosed information will remain confidential.

If you are interested in this offer, contact us and we’ll arrange a meeting. Any meetings held, assistance provided or quotes given are free of charge. If your invention is successful within 3 years and you have not asked us to produce any additional work, you only need to pay the previously agreed price. If, after we have created the CGA, you decide to significantly alter your design (which requires a new CGA to be produced), our original agreement will be terminated, the associated invoice will become payable and a new agreement will need to be considered.
